Refund & Returns Policy
At Beard Beasts, we are committed to providing you with premium beard care products. If, for any reason, our products don't meet your expectations, we're here to assist you with a return within 30 days of your purchase.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a change of mind return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're happy to help. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately.
Important Note: Beard Beasts does not offer exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please send an email to info@beardbeasts.com with the following information:
- Your Full Name
- Product Name
- Phone Number or Email Address
- Order Number
- Reason for Return
A Beard Beasts customer care representative will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization Number and provide detailed return instructions.
Return Process:
Once you receive your RAN, please securely package the product in its original packaging, if possible, to prevent damage during transit. Include the RAN inside the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer care representative. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.
Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days of receiving the returned product. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is deemed defective.
Important Considerations:
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. Discounted, sale, or promotional items are not eligible for returns. It is our goal to accurately display all product attributes on our online store. Our products are quality controlled before shipment. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt, providing photos if possible. Please return all items from your order in a single shipment to expedite processing.
Defective Goods:
A product is considered defective if it is received damaged or if there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect. We will determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product is defective. Please email info@beardbeasts.com with details and evidence of the defect.
